SAMBISTA

Império do Papagaio publishes a magazine, Sambista, for the members of the school. The magazine is published four times a year through voluntary contributions - just as all the other activity at the samba school.

The editor-in-chief of Sambista is Henna Seljänperä. Articles and stories written by members are warmly welcomed. Articles may be sent to Henna via e-mail .

Sambista is available by subscription also to non-members, for 20 euro/year (incl. postage inside Finland).

The first issue of 2005 was a special 15th anniversary issue containing much of the school's colorful history as well as current affairs. The special issue is available online (PDF file) here:
